How to Use this Site


If you are a School District posting a position:
  1. Obtain an User ID and Password from SuccessLink
  2. Login with your User ID and Password, click "Edit Profile"
  3. Complete the contact information for the position. If you wish to have the applicants email their application to you, please include an email address. If you wish to have the applications stored on our site, to view at your convenience, leave the email address blank. ( see "If you are a School District and wish to see who has applied for your vacancies:" below for instructions on how to view those applications.)
  4. Click "Update Information"
  5. Click "Post an Opening"
  6. Complete the information required for the position.
  7. Click "Post Job Vacancy"
If you are a School District searching for applicants:
  1. Obtain an User ID and Password from SuccessLink
  2. Login with your User ID and Password
  3. Click "Applicant Search"
  4. In the pull-down menu, select which part of the state to search
  5. In the following four fields, type in your search criteria. It is best to keep the search broad at first, (example, only type in "elementary" on the top line, leaving the rest blank)
  6. Click "Submit"
  7. Evaluate the applicants; email to those you wish to contact. If you are a School District and wish to see who has applied for your vacancies:
  8. Login with your User ID and Password
  9. Click on "Openings Posted"
  10. Click on the position you wish to see applicants for
  11. Click on "List applicants for this job position"
  12. Contact any applicant that you wish to interview.
If you are a School District wishing to delete a posted opening:
  1. Login with your User ID and Password
  2. Click on "Openings Posted"
  3. Click on the position you wish to delete
  4. Click on "Edit this job position"
  5. Click on "Delete job vacancy"
  6. Click on "Delete job vacancy" again, to confirm that you wish to delete this job.
If you are an Applicant searching for a job:
  1. Create your account, identify a User ID and Password
  2. Click on "Application"
  3. Complete your application, please remember to save your work every 5 minutes
  4. Click on "Job Openings"
  5. Pick the part of the state you wish to work in
  6. In the following four fields, type in your search criteria. It is best to keep the search broad at first, (example, only type in "elementary" on the top line, leaving the rest blank)
  7. View the openings; click on one you wish to apply for.
  8. Click "Apply for this Position"
  9. You will receive an automatic copy of the email sent to the school district you apply to.
  10. After 90 days of inactivity your application will automatically be made "inactive" - an automatic e-mail message will be sent to you with instructions on how to re-activate your application if you want to keep the application active.
If you are an Applicant wishing to delete their on-line application:
  1. Login with your User ID and Password
  2. Click on "Application"
  3. Click "Delete App"
  4. Your application goes into an "inactive" file. If you wish to reactivate it, you do not have to re-enter your application, just contact our office 888-636-4395 ext. 130 and speak with Stacey.
